I replaced the strut on my ksport coilover system. They sent me new ones because the old ones were blown. I installed everything as it was before, took it for a test drive and now it makes a horrible knocking noise, like it is bottoming out, on any little bump. Any suggestions?

 

Which corner is this on? Maybe you left the sway bar disconnected by mistake?

Did you reassembly it correctly? Make sure the damper piston isn't sticking up through the top mount.

 

both sides. Everything is tight and connected. Yes, reassembled correctly. Everything looks fine from what I can see....
