****My EG sedan love****
I started out in early '06 with my first sedan. A 1992 white DX. I dont have any photos of it beacause, well, I wasnt really into hondas back then. After my first honda and doing some lurking of the OLD honda-tech I bagan to see what they can look like when built the right way. I later sold my white dx and purchased a green EX from a friend. Which basically came with parts on it(apexi cat back exhaust, a mini-me swap, rota c8's, and some amber corners)

I later wrecked that car and decided I wanted to build my own car from the ground up. I came across a purple LX for $1500. Being a noob to the game I hacked the springs two days after I got the car. I purchased little things here and therer for it. mud flaps, fogs, hks exhaust, jdm eg9 corners, an SiR lip, hood bra, fat fives(which i hand polished), side markers, and a parking pole off my buddy. All of these parts went on at random times and over a period of a year or so.

I eventually did a wire tuck, and a fuse box and pattery relocate, to clean up the bay. I also took out AC, which was the dumbest thing to do, especially in FLORIDA!

Sooner or later I began to build a B16 with ctr pistons, itr springs and retainers, ctr cams, port and polished head, overboard .5 mm, and arp head studs. Nothing to fancy just something to get me out of the single slammer.

At about 950 miles into breaking in the motor I T-boned and old lady who pulled out infront of me. *cry*

I ended up not getting my car back or even my motor, I know I know, I should have fought for it more but I personally was just too shocked and didnt know what to do, insurance wise, at the time. They ended up giving me about $2200 for everything and taking the car from me.
After wrecking two of the 3 four doors, I was not going to admit defeat. I began searching for another one the next day. About 3 weeks after the accident I found a charcoal black LX. Bone stock of course. Better to build your own car than to build off someone elses.

After I purchased the car I used the remainder of the insurance money to purchase wheels and suspension. Koni and ground controls, and Rota TrackR's. The Konis and ground controls came first from http://www.weaksauceparts.com and i couldnt ride around driving a monster truck so I put on the suspension ASAP! I also transfered over my bra too

Then finally my wheels came in and I wrapped them hookers in 195/45/15's

Here and there I bought little things along the line of cosmetic accessories. Such as mud flaps, muteki neo chrome lugs, a buddy clup spec II exhaust, Type R clear side markers, antena block off, jdm spec headlights, and another SiR lip.

...and this is how my car sits today.

As for as future plans go, I am peicing together a B16b that WILL be ready for import alliance
I also want to get the whole *** end suspension set-up(asr, beaks, strut bars, etc.) I also want to relocat my batter and maybe the fuse box. and ride out on clean Bseries with AC!!! As far as interior I will keep it mostly stock, nothing too flashy, just maybe a steering wheel and a shift know or something. I have big plans for my car and hopefully this one can last me a long time

Thanks everyone! All is good now though, im really happy with the way this car is heading and all. I am rebuilding a B16b from the ground up too, just finished stripping it down and getting ready to send it off to the machine shop. Im probably going to post some pictures up of the build/assembly as soon as I get a camera.
Thanks again everyone!
All they told me was it is going somewhere in Orlando. And that really doesn't help much considering there are alot of junkyards there. All I know is that one lucky f*cker is going to hit the jackpot when he finds my car.
purple 4dr was clean as hell, but sucks about the accident.. oo wells.good to hear you didnt give up and got another 4dr. Good luck with the build. I'll be checking back here for more updates.
wow that sucks about the burgundy one, but there is no way i would have let all those parts go with insurance reclaim.....your swap was worth more than what they gave you for everything!!!!
