Js header + T1R test pipe & catback = fit on '98 GS-R?

Js header + T1R test pipe & catback = fit on '98 GS-R?
I have the T1R catback already (2.5") which isn't installed yet, I just wanted to confirm a couple of things before I do anything. Any help appreciated!
- Would the J's racing header and T1R test pipe (both are coming from an ITR) bolt right up with the T1R catback (from an ITR also) if I install them all at once on my '98 GS-R?
- If it does, would I need to get a custom made (shorter?) cat to switch with the test pipe to pass emissions inspection?
