1994 Honda Accord EX.....
The handle to turn on my wipers broke while driving in the rain.
Now I put a flat screwdriver inside the hole to turn on the wipers.
Does anyone know the part number for that entire switch assembly?
Do I have to get it from the dealer?

You can buy aftermarket; but, you won't save too much. Rockauto.com list various aftermarket.

Majestic Honda, Manchester Honda, etc. has good discount prices on actual honda parts.

Do you know if this is a difficult part to replace?

 

Pretty easy, just use the proper sized screwdriver to remove the two screws holding in the switch; otherwise, your may end up stripping the head of the screws. Here are Autozone instructions:
