Default New PB 1/8 mile

Took the car to Shadyside Dragway in NC.

15lbs in first ,17lbs in 2nd and 21 in 3rd .. Gt4080 2.0

it went
1.71
6.95
112.06

drove it there ,swapped tires , then drove it back..1.5 hrs each way

i know the 60' needs work and we need some more boost in 3rd..cant wait to get this thing to the 1/4 mile

Not bad. Juding from that timeslip. I would guess about a mid 10 second 1/4 mile pass.

Hahahaha, thats kind of what they did to me, but I didnt have much of a choice considering the arguement that took place seconds prior to my burnout.......

track prep was junk , so i had to do what was necessary to get it to work. ie: 3rd gear burnout and roll through the lights.

the car made 617@24lbs .for some reason it wont make more than 21 at the track..
.the car is getting new rods and valvesprings soon as the valvesprings that are in it have over 20k miles on them and the rods are small bolt eagles..i swear we're mounting one on a plaque when we pull them out.. i figured they would've let go a long time ago.

as soon as the rods/valvesprings go in we're taking it back to get retuned and hopefully maxing the turbo out.

Personally, I dont see what the big problem is with a burnout like that. If the race actually counts for something it gets the crowd into it, from what I have seen. Its almost like talking junk to the other racer with your car just before you race.

Who tunes your stuff up for you?

hell, you have to do a burn out like at shadyside to knock off the dust that blew over the track...

Congrats on the nice run !! .... track, well it doesnt look so nice.

You probably have a lot more in it where it sits. Imagine if 1st didnt spin and 2nd didnt bog...
