Default Abs/ pulsating brake pedal

I bought my 1998 gsr a few months ago, but i got it on the road only about a month ago. The abs light was on from day one, and i knew it was something that eventually i should get fixed.

Today the light didnt come on, and everytime i put my foot on the brake, the brake pedal pulsates and it feels as if the abs is kicking on, and the road is 100% dry

I would assume a wheel sensor is malfunctioning making the it think a wheel has stopped abruptly while moving.

It should tell you what is going wrong if you get it checked (OBD2 reader)
