i just swaped a b16 into my 91 crx but can not get my fuel pump to turn on and is getting no spark to the plugs i have change the main relay check the fuel pump everything is hooked up,put new distributor in and pulled plug out too check for fire i get nothing, motor does turn over please help, maybe i am just over looking something thanks

Sounds like either that or the thermostat housing ground.

 

Yep, check your grounds. ECU pulls ground from the thermo housing.
