Lets get to the point. A dam Dodge durango hit my car when i was park. I was park. i own a Eh3. It f*t up my car big time. Well i just sued him on Tuesday and i won the law suite. The judge, judgment me &1959.99+ court fee of 110. So total is $2069. But the court they don't do collection. I just receive the letter from court yesterday and it said have to go and collect it myself. Dam that sucks tho. If he doesn't pay up i get to do interest and his license will be suspended. So wat do you guys suggest me to do. And should i receive checks or cash or money order. i think cashier checks is the best thing to do. So ya tomorrow imm go down there and get my ****.

cashiers check - you know right there if its usually legit
personal check - that should be fine. Since you won the case, even if he gives you a bad check you have proof when the bank tells you it bounces. Then again you might have to go back to court.

i would tell a cop or a legal escort to go just in case of something going down bad
