Try spraying it with a little WD-40 and tapping it with a hammer. It may loosen enough to remove it.

PB Blaster is a better anti-seize product than WD-40. WD-40 is 80% water-base, where as PB Blaster is Silicone-base.

x2 on the pb blaster just dont get it all over the place. If the doesnt work get a 3 jaw puller.

Indeed. It's just that WD-40 is a much more common household item.

For future reference (or if anyone else has this same problem) when I had this issue at work, I put the wheel back on, and wiggling it back and forth got it off. That extra leverage was all it needed.

^agreed, you never want to take a hammer to your steering column.

Tapping it with a hammer isn't going to cause any damage to the steering column. It's not made of glass.
