Anyone Know how to make a Header Gasket
So like the title says, Im wondering if anyone knows how to make a header gasket?
I got a d15b non vtec and i threw on a no name 2 piece header on it and I finally found out that the gasket that connects the two parts is wasted.
Has anyone made one?
Thanks,

I have done it but i used punch dies at work they arent all that easy to come across. Im sure you could find something on line maybe ebay.
I have seen muffler-mend used as well. Just apply to both sides and let it dry over night befor you run the car. Not how i would do it but iv seen it done on customers cars, seems to work.

i have seen a few that use high temp silicone as its "gasket"
they put silicone on, not the middle but more to the outside, and they just put it on and let it dry. i felt bad so i gave them the first person i saw this my old gasket.
