Default Civic brakes are grinding

Hello, i have a 07 honda civic ex sedan...and the brakes in the rear sounds like they're grinding. Sounds like metal to metal so i changed the brake pad but it still did the same thing. Any idea what might be broken???

Check out Recall 07V399000 that affects the 06-07 Civic.

It has to do with a bad O-Rings letting water into the Hub bearing assembly.

Sorry for not replying back...i'm really busy with school and work. Well, i took apart the rear calipers and rotor to find out that the inner brake pad had grind its life away down to bare metal and which was grinding against the rotor tearing it up. the outer pad is still pretty damn thick. So i'm thinking to myself that something has caused the inner pad to keep its grab onto the rotor at all times. Has anyone been through this problem?? What can i do to fix it??
