the lights where my heat/cold ac area have gone out in my civic eg (ex)

i am trying to find a guide to help me replace these.



also i broke the **** off of my cold/hot selection and would like to replace it. does anyone know how to do this?

 

i would like to know the answer to this too. My Heat/ac lights are out as well.
