B16 Hatch isn't starting

B16 Hatch isn't starting
I've tried:
-Push Starting
-Boosting
-Jumping the starter (like so: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TNiYZ...eature=related)
-Hitting starter with a wrench
Weird thing is:
-I'm not blowing any fuses
-I'm getting fuel
-I'm getting spark
-No CEL
-Grounds are all good
-My lights, (8000k HID's) are bright as ever
-Stereo, fan, cluster lights work
It's not just cranking over. I had just went on a 5 minute trip to my gf's house, came back, and we went to dinner, it didn't start. Not cranking, not turning over.
Car is 1999 Civic DX with a JDM B16A (1995 Ferio).
What else could this be?
Edit: Should probably mention that after letting it sit overnight, it started. Then after spending 4 hours at work, didn't start. So it's really intermittent, and I guess it starts whenever the hell it wants to.
