Hey guys so i got my radiator changed due to it got punctured b/c of my accident, and the people at the shop filled my resevoir tank to the top, i was like is that right? They were like its okay. So i drove it to school which is like 3 hours away everything seemed fine the temp guage was fine the fan turned on. But then I see my upper hose swelling, so i changed that and i found out it could of been pressure due to the shop filled up the tank and there werent supposed to do that. But now my lower radiator hose is dead cold when my car is warm. Could it be I need a new thermostat b/c the fluid is not flowing through the lower hose? Car is a del sol 1.6L by the way. Never had a problem till this. I think the shop messed it up more than fixing it.

 

ya, could be the thermo sticking ... i have an over heating issue and have been through 2 thermo's already.... it's hit and miss for me though, on weather i over heats or not.

 

Okay thanks i guess i will change the thermostat and see what happens
