Default 4 point harness question.

recently my seat belt stoped latching and i got a ticket for not having it on. so for saftey reasons and to not get another ticket i started looking into 4 point harnesses. my question is what modifications will be required to put them on my 94 civic dx.

If your seat belt stops latching, its considered a safety issue from honda. They will fix it for free.

4 point harnesses wouldnt be legal to have un your car. They would probably compress your spine.
