Default Popping out a dent

My mom was about to run over my sister with her car, and I saw it so I swung at the car and made a nice sized dent on the quarter panel. Long story.

I don't know much about paint and body stuff, what's the easiest way to pop the dent out? It's not a sharp dent, more mellow and round.

ive used a bathroom plunger or a suction cup to pull out some dents. otherwise you might have to remove some interior pieces to bang it out from the inside. or use this method it's worked for me a couple of times....
