Edit: Updated graph with even more power on page 2
Here is a dyno of an s2000 just finished up with a 35r, full-race ram horm, precision 750intercooler, 3" aluminum intercooler piping, full 3" exhaust and Injectordynamics.com 1000cc injectors. The valve cover has NEVER even been off the car. It is a 2008 s2000 with under 5k miles on it.
The fuel system is a 255 in the tank with a 044 inline and an aeromotive pro regulator. With a base fp of 100. This was done on e85.
There was a little bit of tire spin on the dyno, we couldnt put any weight in the back because the car sits so low the tires kept rubbings so i dealt with the tire spin. I am gonna go back at in the next couple weeks and by then there should be suspension in there where i will be able to raise the car and not have that issue.

I don't see how these injectors have another 200hp in them? This is pretty close to maxing them out right? And didn't kutsuju make like 700whp on them at a much lower pressure?

Read the fine print.
This was on E85. 1000cc injectors are generally done between 450-500whp on E85.
Also, Locash tuned one of Full Race's cars the other day on a set of these on Q16 at 100psi base pressure, made 850whp at 94% duty cycle. That's 4 1000cc injectors at 100psi base fuel pressure!
Long gone are the days of having to deal with 1600cc injectors.
Good job Miller, i've got a DBW S2K going on the dyno tomorrow with the K Pro, but we're only tuning on pump gas so I'll have to beat you another time.

So these Injectors were only gettin 120ish psi of total pressure in boost with E85 and made 560 with room left with the Walbro/Bosch combo, definately not your normal 1000cc
I was looking for the flow chart for these Injetors but I cant find it anymore, what are they flowing in the 120psi area? Anybody have that chart?

the relevant flow number is the base fuel pressure, which at 100 psi these flow just over 1500cc/min.
The fp added in boost is just done to make up for the fact that the injector is flowing into a pressurized environment. You want to keep the pressure ratio across the injector the same so flow is not affected.
There is a flow and dead time chart on my site.

ok I understand, I thought you got more out of them with more boost using 100psi base, either way I am sold, these are on my to get list

Tony, the hondata works great. I have a couple others to do now that people see how well it works.
Full-race always makes a kickass product
The owner hit me up and wants to try and max the setup out without opening the engine. I think we are going to try sometime this upcoming week. With the duty cylce I have left I think I can possibly make 620ish on the e85.

I don't think so. But, you can do 8 of these at stock fuel pressure and do it. Locash just did 8 of them on his car, on a stock honda ecu. Made 800whp at 66% duty cycle. Car idles and drives MUCH better than with a single 1600 per cylinder.
