Default Exhaust Compatible

Since the Search button is temporarily disabled, I have to ask without looking for an answer first..

What I want to know is:

Will a 4th gen Prelude Vtec complete exhaust fit perfectly with a Prelude S, or will I have to custom weld it in order to make it fit?

I wanna buy a new exhaust but all the nice exhausts will only fit on the Prelude SI or Vtec.

They're the same. I had a Tanabe Racing Medalion with my H22A, which is supposibly for non-vtec.

I've heard the vtec exhaust is just a little bit longer then the si exhausts.

The S Prelude is the base model, it has the Accord F22 motor, the exhaust is different from the H22 and 23, if you are looking for headers and such.

Pacesetter has ceramic coated headers for your car, I went with HKS exhaust, Sounds awsum and not too loud.

You will have to get the flex pipe from pacesetter too. It's not flexible though and that does not matter.

These makes fit perfectly.

I think you are correct, its the header and the flex pipes that are different.
That's why I had to go with Pacsetter

OK great. Cause you guys have no idea how hard it is to find a nice AM exhaust for the base model Prelude...other than OEM.
