H22/H23 tranny ----> F23A1??

Having some minor transmision problems thinking about rebuilding it but its cheaper to just get a new one...Is the H22/23 transmision compatible with the F23 block and if so are there any advantages????

Yes. Motor will be quicker. Gearing helps a lot.

so it will fit just tight with no modifications??

yes it will fit just perfectly fine. that is what i have on my F23a motor fight now. i have a jdm lsd tranny on it and it pulls a lot quicker

oh one more thing...does the transmission have to be a specific year??
