Hey all i just got a JVC KD-lx111 that the cameleon for you none audio guys...well anyway i opted out of the "installtion" to save some money
can any body help me wit directions or dirghms, gogin to remove my stock honda civc deck please help thanks

anyway what year is your civic?

the wire colors are most likely (from the stock harness)

Power (ignition) - yellow/red
Power (constant) - white/blue
Illumination - Red/Black
Ground - Black

Right Front (positive) - Red/Green
Right Front (negative) - Brown/Black
Left Front (positive) - Blue/Green
Left Front (negative) - Grey/Black

Right Rear (positive) - Red/Yellow
Right Rear (negative) - Brown/White
Left Rear (positive) - Blue/Yellow
Left Rear (negative) - Grey/White

you can buy a Scosche or Metra wiring harness to plug into the stock harness so you don't have to hack up the stock wires... and an installation kit so it sits flush..

 

sorry bout spelling... um the cd player came with a harness and a mount and i talked to some friends... and your color chart helped thanks

 

Just in case anybody is wondering i installed it and it works great.... now i need to hook up amp and iam done... thanks for you help again
