just waiting on Anthony to post up the dyno vids

here are the videos that I took when I picked the car up. The dyno run on this one was 417 and set very rich so I could drive it back to MN and not worry about it leaning out due to the colder air.

When we finished this car up we had some VERY stange weather going on. One day it was 80ish degree's then the next day it would be in the 20-30's. It made 18psi for the 461whp chart at 40-50ish degree weather. The next day(s) in 80ish degree weather we saw the power drop around 30whp or so which was the day we added the race gas and shot for more power. I believe it was 24psi for the 504whp chart at 85ish degree weather. All things held constant, if we would have had cooler weather it should have easily made 530-540whp at 24psi. It's pretty much just bragging rights at this point.

correct numbers yield similar power numbers, weather having no effect on how much power it made.

my b16 makes 185whp when its 20 out, 155whp when its hot as hell... uncorrected. sae they are withen 1 or 2 hp aat 164-165whp, every day, not depending on weather.

SAE correction factors were made for naturally aspirated vehicles.

lol, please explain why you think that.

you must be confused with baro pressure.

the SAE correction factor can be overcompensating on f/i setups.

the barometric pressure adjustment is not accurate for f/i setups..

i agree there, but I do not believe it was solely for Na applications.

but the way my climate is around here can be snowing in the morning, and 70 out before 3pm. I am forced to use SAE becuse numbers would be inflated from the cold weather.

Thanks for explaining the obvious Dave. Now I don't have to waste time posting up 6 different charts.
