Was wondering if i could get some help deciding whether to get smoke amber or orange side markers for my ej8. here are pics. Also i put up pics of the f'd up hole cut by who ever put the shitty old side markers in (also pictured below). Now i need to know which style side marker will work with the 96-00 or the 92-95 that hole. (Side markers from pwjdm.com)

That's a gnarly hole dude, you'll definitely need to recut that for either of the new sidemarkers. Luckily for you, there are writeups in the FAQ's on exact measurements for holes and how to go about installing sidemarkers.

Compare the measurements of the current hole in your fender with those of the sidemarker template in the writeups to see if the new holes will eliminate those gnarly ones. You should try to make the 96-00 ones work, as they are the proper sidemarker for your vehicle.

 

Buy orange. That way if you get bored you can smoke them yourself using spray or film.

 

Is that rusted out; or did they just drill that while drunk?

 

thanks for info. And whoever had the car before is a *****, look at that hole! *** everything was rusted. But im gonna check for the info that BlackoutVTi was talking about.

I replaced the old side marker with a clear on for now just screw in one screw and looks ok but gotta get new ones soon.
