Well I picked up a JDM 4-1 at JDMHONDAPARTS the other day and they dont have the header bracket and I have emailed some other places but nobody seems to answer so does anybody have one or know some place that has them in stock so I can pick one up?

someone posted in a thread awhile back that everywhere was backordered for them.. you should be able to get by without it until it comes in though, i would imagine..

I think its worst scenero is that It could rattle the exhaust under acceleration leaving you with a nice buzzing sound . I got a Jdm Itr 4-1 too. I am putting it on a b17a powered EG6. Let me know how your situation turns out please? I may get one too.

 

I believe Si is worried about the stress it puts on the block or something like that. I wouldn't be worried...

Some claim it isn't needed and I noticed it caused more things to rattle on my car; i.e. heat shield, loose cat, etc. I use it just because it was cheap and saw no reason not to use it. Piece of mind I guess.
