like the tital states im trying to figure out which ecu would be better for my h22 swap a p06 or a p28?

Okay in general P28 is going to be better "AFTER" you chip it because its already set-up for Vtec. Now a P06 will work just fine as long as you add the components for Vtec(extra parts and soldering required) and have it chipped there are really no differences between the two. Find H22 basemap take it to a tuner.

well said.

I'll add something though. If you'd like to keep the IAB's functioning (I would) you'll need to use an ecu with the IAB components such as a p72 or a p75 thats been converted to p72. If you don't care about the IAB's then any old p06/pr4/p75 thats been converted to a p28 or a real p28 will do just fine.
