someone has told me about this devise, it is a titanium box that raps around your stearing column that would prevent the stearing column, ingition from being accesed. Has anyone seen this product or know where to purchase one?

 

I've seen it at pep boys before.. I think its called a steering collar lock or something.. the one they had on display was pretty big (looked like it was for American cars/trucks) not sure if they make a smaller import application... it was around $100... not sure how effective it is...
