Default help accord ebrake cable

i'm replacing a seized caliper on a 95 accord.. i cant get this pin out.. i took the cotter pin out and beat it and it doesnt want to come out.. any tricks?

Maybe take a flat head screwdriver on that inner piece that is going to the right in the picture, and try and pry that part up end down, use force if necessary .

If not try and use some kind of lubricant to get it to budge, good luck.
