Just curious what you guys use to clean your wheels? I been Meguiar's Hot Rims All wheel cleaner for years but wondering if this is hurting anything?

I've used it on powdercoated, anodized, polished, spray painted, and OEM wheels and never really had a problem. I used it on my white Gabs and it made the wheel look great but I've never had a set of wheels long enough to see if there is a long term effect.

With that being said post your cleaning methods and what products you recommend.

I use JDM Wheel Juice :D

Just use non abrasive cleaners like simple green and soft cloths.

hello. i agree with matt. you will get plenty more hits in app and cosm.

anyways, when i really want to clean my wheels i use car wash soap and water then rubbing compound then regular mothers wax on the painted parts and then mother's metal polish on the lips since the majority of my wheel lips are raw polish.

i do this every couple of months and in between i just use car wash soap and water. i have been doing this on a regular basis since i have had a car and rims and it has worked fine for me..

 

Big fan of soap and water. Never use something stronger unless you have to.
