Clutch - this a bad sign?
Uh oh - I noticed on my '95 Integra GS-R that the clutch has a metallic squeal (almost whistle like) when the clutch is at the half way point and there is a large speed difference between the axle and engine rpms (that make sense? So it occurs when I high rev the engine 2k+ rpms more then what the rpms would be at final engagement).
So far, its driving great and I don't notice any slippage or grinding. Its still easy to get into all the gears. I've noticed the squealling a few days ago and it always seemed to be with 1st gear, but today I was able to duplicate it in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th.
Anyone know what the car is trying to tell me?

that perhaps your surface material is gone and that your metal to metal..... which is not good....
my stock clutch after 3 months of nitrous use was completely gone... down to bare metal.. scratched right into the flywheel, had to replace it as well....
stop driving it and have it checked out..might save you a tow or buying a new flywheel as well.....
