i have an eg. gsr shock gc coils. with 15x7 and 10mm spacers, i need camber in the rear!. im guessin the longer shock isnt allowing me to get the negative camber that i am now needing in the back. so i was wondering what kit allows for the most negative adjustability. most i see go to -3 and that aint gonna cut it. im dropped hella by the way..

 

Lowered, the rear should already be between -1* and -2* (possibly past -2* if you're "dropped hella"). Throwing on a rear camber kit, and maxing out the adjuster would then net you more than -4* of rear camber (and possibly more than -5*), which is certainly beyond excessive. (And thats coming from someone with a car with -4.75* of rear camber.)

Pull the spacers, see if you can get away with needing less camber.

If that doesn't work, roll the fender. If you need even more clearance, pull the fender as well.

Shock length doesn't effect camber, at all.

And, lastly, if you truly want massive camber, you should be able to take most of the rear camber adjusting upper control arms and cut additional threads onto the shaft, shorten it, and set it further than the original adjustment range.
