These are probably the best sites you will find. tires.com is just America's Discount Tires website. And tirerack.com is tirerack. The good thing about tires.com is that there are plenty of stores everywhere, so you can shop online and then go down the the store and not pay for shipping

I second http://www.tirerack.com
they have pretty good prices (way better than what the local shops wanted for SP9000's) and ship pretty quickly... they also have customer reviews/ratings on most of the tires so you can see how customers w/ your car rate the tire.. you can also look at ratings in general on the tire..
I've never shopped at http://www.tires.com..but I have been to their retail stores (Discount Tire Center and America's Tire Co) the prices online are better... I wonder if they'll price match online prices on tires...
oh yeah if your 95 GSR has stock wheels.. some good tires to look at are (205/50/15)
Bridgestone Potenza S-03 Pole Position
Bridgestone Potenza RE730
Dunlop SP Sport 8000 *(if you can still find it)
Dunlop SP Sport 9000
Bridgestone G-force KDW
Falken Azenis
Kumho Ecsta Supra 712

I just bought some Sumitomos for my 95LS at http://www.tirerack.com. (205/50/15) They were $50/tire and $32 shipping....not a bad deal. (or I didn't think so)
