Push lock fittings?????????????
i'm going to be using push lock fittings and hard line for my Vac hoses i was wondering what size fitting do i use on my tial WG and BOV the size is very similar to the 1/8 NPT but i was'nt sure if i could use that or do i need a certain metric size
they do make metric 10x1.0 if im not mistaken, but 1/8npt works just great.
also there was a thread a while back that stated the all steel bodied ones tend to lose their "grip unlike the plastic ones. I think a few people mentioned that.

In the RV industry we use brass push locks with locktite for all our air ride systems. work very well and very reliable. we get ours from A-1 fittings.
Hit up jos from tempest he has made a kit with all the right parts. I just got mine if from his and it is awesome takes the guess work out of this push lock fitting thing. You know his work so why won't they for you.

there's a place here in Milford,CT that has them and they r cheap no more than a dollar a piece the name of the place is (www.Preferred products design. com) check them out.
so are the plastic fittings that much better i bought a few brass ones already but i'll just eat the $20 and buy plastics ones if there that much better
another option would be FCS inc.
they have a complete kit to plumm your twin gates, bov, boost solenoid, vaccum reference, and boost ref. all in one kit. they only use d.o.t approved air brake line from the fittings to the firestone 1/4 air brake line. also offer a nomex fire sleeve to cover the lines high temp areas.

also carry brass i you like

FCS inc has been making a dual wg kit for a bit now.
for more info please email them.

its not that hard to piece it together, figure out where you need y's, t's, straights, 45's, and 90's...
at work we have noticed that the brass ones get some "play" in them and kinda loose their grip on the hose

Gonna pick up one of these on my next trip to Tempest, alot easier to work with than braided line everywhere (and cheaper too).
