I am about to 450 ccs injectors in my 2000 civic ex and I dont have the money to take it to the shop for them to tune it. How or what do I do to tune for these bigger injectors. I have a cam,adj cam gear, edelbrock intake mani,k&n cold air, aem fuel rail, fpr, headers, exhaust, chipped p28 and msd 6 box and coil

Even if you install a resistor box for the injectors (assuming they are low-impedance type), your car will bog out from overflooding. Your best bet is to save some money for a tune. An Apexi VAFC/SAFC will not do the job.

You don't need bigger injectors. Problem solved.

x2 exactly with your set-up your arent going to benefit noticeablly from larger injectors. Put that money towards a swap or turbo.

Install the injectors and have the car professionally tuned, when you install the turbo.

Once you have a real EM system in your car, you will forget all about that VAFC2. I had a SAFC in my old setup and it was just there for looks (after tuning and Hondata S200 install) until I sold the damn thing on eBay.

yes the vafc is a bunch of crap and only really good for screwing things up and changing the vtec engagment point. either way like already said, once you can get a real engine managment system then you can start to consider other options and if you really want to then get the s300 setup and a laptop cause they have a real simple formula for setting up for bigger injectors so all you have to do is select the size and up load it to the computer. Also with this you could start to play around a little with the tunning and get a wideband and research on the net and get help from the FI guys and learn how to tune yourself. even though I like a dyno tune better you can get a pretty good tune on the streets and then take it in to get it fine tuned.
