for you!
I've sent a guy in barbados a manifold flange for an itb project on my dime, so dont flap your gums without knowing your ****.

dammit people like you annoy me
I would get them at the junkyard... That's where i got mine when i got my JDM garnish (Screws were rusted on because of the salt in the air)
That Garnish in craigslist doesn't look jdm, i have a JDM garnish and it has raised lettering not a sticker.

like someone said, the junkyard and look for the garnish nuts or whatever you want to call them. OR you can go to the junkyard, and if you see an ef with side moldings, open the door and the side moldings are held on with one of those nuts per side molding. so just piece that **** together from side moldings if you cant find the garnish.
I have 2 hatches with the garnishes on them, i will see if i can get you 6 good tabs off them and if so i'll send them to ya. Look for a pm from me later today.
Cheap way would be to take those metal clips, drill a hole through them, put a small flat head screw there that matches the size of those original black nuts, if you have them left still, or just get a matching size. If you want to get fancy you can dip 'em in epoxy so they don't move too much. Otherwise I don't see a reason why this shouldn't work. Total estimated cost? 3 dollars. Ingenuity priceless, for everything else, decent credit score is required. Good luck.
