Default Anyone Have These Two Books???

or

I've read some reviews on Amazon and it seems those two books are ranked pretty high. I am looking to pick them to get a better understanding of tuning characteristics and turbo characteristics. If anyone has them laying around and would like to sell them to me toss me a PM. If you don't wanna sell them that's fine too, give me your opinion on the thoroughness of the material.

Thanks,

i have the second book and im going to EFI 101 this weekend, i will let you know if the book is even worth buying after i take the class.

just a heads up though the book is more of a beginners explaination of terms and how things work IT WILL NOT TEACH YOU TO TUNE, neither will EFI101 but its a better more involved step in the right direction.

Not those
But two you may also want to consider:
Engine Management: Advanced Tuning by Greg Banish (hi-perf. tuner/OEM calibrator)
and
Tuning High-Performance Electronic Fuel Injection by Ben Strader (EFI101)
Banish thoroughly covers the tuning process.
Strader touches on the process, then gets into specific introductions to various management systems.
Both books are good.

Tuning High-Performance Electronic Fuel Injection by Ben Strader
How to Tune and Modify Engine Management systems
Engine Management: Advanced Tuning by Greg Banish

Are 3 of the ones I have. I am reading in this order. 1st one is basic but good, 2nd one has very small words haha but when read 2nd it helps because Ben covers all the wording and basics so it makes more sense and easier to understand.

Haven't read Advanced Tuning yet and waiting on Dyno book as well because I was gonna read that and give it as a gift to a guy that lets me use his mustang dyno from time to time and I need another favor haha.

Any knowledge is good knowledge.
