electrical poblem

Icon2 electrical poblem

Im having a problem with my 89 Crx Si. I went out and started my car in the morning and i noticed that the rpm wasnt doing anything. So i checked everything out and the lights come on in the cluster but the gas gauge or temp gauge and rpm and my clock and blinkers dont work but my hazerds do and its beeping and will not shut up. please help me out i dont know what to do.

I would check the fuses under the dash first. Does it run fine.

i Went threw all the fuses and checked all the wires everything seems fine it runs perfect. I tryed another cluster and it did the same thing so its not the cluster

Try this disconnect the battery ( -/+) for a few mins to see if that fixes it. I know it sounds strange but its worked before. Im thinking you may have had a voltage drop or voltage spike.

lol iv got somw what the same probem..but my parking light,cluster, clock dont turn on

ive had alot of ef wire issues where ive had to have just about everything rewired, check your hots with a volt meter and if everything checks out check your grounds possibly

Well i got her done. I just pulled the dash out and checked out all the wires and connections and put it all back on and everything is back the way it was
