These kinda look like the BBS RAs which leads me to believe they are RAs, but i've never seen them with a flat face and a lip like this. Got them for 150$ w/ Tires. They are 13x6 et.13 I also need 2 caps if you happen to have them.

 

When i get on a normal pc ill try to help more. Those specs sound like they came from an old BMW 320 and/or 2002. I have seen them on several bimmers. Possibly a bmw dealer option from BBS.

Yup, my brother did some research and they were off a 320IS which is a special edition that was only in production for 2years 1983-1984.. They are the BBS Mahler or something like that.
Anyways those BMWs are collectors items now they are rare.

 

well im not too educated in the mahle/bbs line but im not sure they are mahle-bbs due to them not having the stamping on the outer portion of the face but i could be wrong.

 

That's what we noticed too.
They do weigh 17lbs w/ tires.
