Holes Cut Out On Back Bumper??

at higher speeds you can actually rip off the bumber. iirc when joe was talking to me when he was putting on the chute, he said something about his bumper flying off and the chute mount holding ot on. but yeah it helps with aerodynamics, and will keep the bumper from flying off.
fwiw, i will probably be drilling mine.

I say once you start trapping over 100 mph it starts to take effect. I did back to back testing at the track on a 530hp car and it bettered .2 tenths/3 mph.

While it helps in theory...we really can't draw any conclusions from real world results without a million sensors on the car making sure everything was the same from one run to another.
I never got to doing mine, but from a fiberglass body kit thing to a stock bumper there was no gain (Okay 1 mph but I believe it was weather, timing changes, and desperation lol) in near perfect conditions.
The week after it went an identical 9.91 to one of my passes 5 mph slower than a 9.91 the week before. So it's pretty inconclusive.
