Anybody need a motor brought from Florida to Maryland this week?
I am buying a new truck in Gainesville, Florida this Saturday Feb 7th. and driving back the same day to Maryland. Wanted to see if anybody needed a motor moved while I am at it for a small fee of course.
No, its just a used truck. 2007 Ford F250, diesel, 2WD, 4 door, white, 31k miles. Bought it for $18k.
I also bought a new 26' Pace Shadow GT trailer for the race bike. But I gotta go out west in a few weeks and pick that up when its finished being built.
Here are some pics of my new Pro Street bike (2007 Hayabusa)

damne the new 6.4s really due suck exp on the gas. everyone thought they would get better milage, lol ya lets put 2 turbos on their that will give more milage.
i bought a 06 6.0 at the end of 06 & was i lucky got 1.5% financing & didnt put a dime down cause they were trying to get the 07s moving. at least u got the comfortable truck.
only problem ive had is EGR valve went but just took it in under warranty & my boy put a freeze plug in so wont have that problem anymore

^^ the 6.0h no lol ive been there, done that haha
that motor is the sole reason ford lost its reputation as the number one 3/4 + ton choice for contractor, fire/rescue, transport, etc.
new records were set for lemon law cases w/ that motor
the 6.4s are not as bad as the 6.0s but they definately have their problems as well.
i will always remember to google before i buy from now on haha. and its also a great idea to visit the corresponding forums for the vehicle your purchasing. just go straight to the tech/repair/troubleshooting section of the forum. it will give you a great idea of what common problems you are in for.

The 7.3 is a great engine. Took a 2003 ford dually towing a enclosed trailer and a heavy race car to mexico from seattle. We went over the scale at 22,000 pounds and drove stright. It had a Banks chip at 120hp over stock and got right around 15mpg. The one thing about all fords is their transmission problems. This one had a billet converter and some other mods. On the other hand from what I have seen the 6.0 is A PIECE OF $H!T, and the 6.4 still has its problems.
The price does sound good, the truck I spoke of above was bought a year ago for 18,000 without some of the transmission mods.
P.S. Thats a really nice looking bike. It would be crazy to go 200mph on a bike.
