Default EG H22 + Driveshaft contacting damper fork

I was under my car the other day and noticed my transmission side driveshaft shows evidence of some slight contact with the damper fork.

I got hasport EGH2 mounts and Hasport axles.

Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this and what were your solutions?

I've had an h22 swap in my EG for 5 or 6 years and I also had a h22 swap in my EK and I never had issues with the axle hitting the damper fork. Pretty crazy... Is your car super slammed or really high?

Yeah I had the same exact problem. I contacted hasport and everything. They said to switch the forks. I realized I had the forks on the wrong side. Mix up with the install. (I felt like a retard.) Also I don't know if I used gsr or civic forks. Can't remember, and not sure if there is any difference. Have a good day. -Casey

the car isn't all that low. Damper forks are definately on the right sides.

I'll try and get some pics today.

It's weird cause the other side has plenty of clearance but the tranny side is making contact?

yeah i know hey.

to me it just looks like the tranny side shaft is too long.....

still trying to get pics.

have you got any pics of yours?

how much is yours contacting?

mine is about 4-5mm from the damper fork sitting normally and i'm guessing it only makes contact under heavy cornering.

The other shaft has around 2+cms clearance . . .

My car is the same. I am from New Zealand so I wonder if it is because our cars or RH drive?
