Are the power steering and altenator pulleys reverse thread?

This is on a 99 EX coupe. Also If anyone responding has changed the pulley to AEM pulley, what did you use to lock the pulley in place while loosening it? Thanks

yes it is. i put the pulley in a vice grip and then used an impact gun.
