RSX Seats, How Do I Get Them To Sit Lower

Alright, installed some RSX seats into my 93 Integra. They're nice and comfortable, plus the have *** warmers.
The issue, well pictures speak louder then words:

They sit too damn high, my head is about an inch from the roof! So now when I get a pot hole I hit my head off the roof unless I'm slouched in my seat. Not to mention it feels really weird to drive the car, the wheel is too close to my legs, etc.
How can I make these seats work? I've thought about having a fab shop chop some material out of the seat frames/bottoms and welding the rails in place.
Any other ideas?

You'll definately have to cut & weld to get it any lower. The side handle for seat angle looks like it will have to be shaved on the curved edge.
Or...jump off a 5 story building, feet first. If you're lucky, the doctors will make you an inch shorter when they remove all your hemoraged discs. Life might become difficult though....

i had ep3 si seats in my integra. i had to cut like 4 inches off the bottom of the seatrails and make new brackets
aren't you supposed to swap the bottom pans? i mean take the old bottom from your integra seats and swap them out?
I didn't swap pans, but I had RSX seats in my teg, all I did was cut the RSX mounting brackets off and re welded them where they needed to be.
Not really the best pic, but you can see that the seats are no where near as high as yours are sitting....

DA integras are totally different from DC integras, in regards to the floor pan design and the seat design.
You can't swap seat pans on a DA.
I cut off the RSX rails and bolted the DA rails on.

Just tossing this idea out there, but what about the vision low profile seat rails? I'm not sure if they make them for your gen integra, but worth investigating.

It's not really the rails but the seats themselves. The rails in DAs are only 1.5" tall.
I had a brain fart, what about cutting out the seat humps/mounts in the floor, flattening the rails and mounting directly to the floor? With some re-enforcement of course.
