Default my car wont start when i turn the FITV valve all the way down!

i just cleaned my IACV and my FITV as i followed a DIY on here.

https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-accord-1990-2002-2/cleaning-iacv-fitv-tb-1844067/

i did all of its following procedures and it turns out that my car wont start. it cranks but it wont start. i have spark and whatsoever.

ive done this procedure and noticed found out why it wont turn on my motor or have it running.

""""underneath that plate is the white valve body that comes loose and causes the vacuum leak that causes your idle to hunt.

You can see in the pic that on both sides there is a little notch for a screwdriver for tightening it up. I just used a small flathead to spin it. Mine spun about one and a half rotations before it was nice and tight. Thats it here, nothing to clean. re-install the plate, wrap it in a small towel to keep it clean, and set it aside for now. """"

when i loosen up that white valve off the back of the gold plate, my car starts up but the idle is still at its LOW idle of 200, even 100 sometimes.

as of before, my idle jumped around 100-500 rpm. and when barely ignite, the rpm jumps to 1,300 for like 1 second.

the reason being for this is to fix my idle at honda-spec of 750-800 at idle.

what would be this reason why the car idle so damn low, and also my main issue of why i loosen up the valve then it will start? is the FITV bad? or something?

also... i've diagnosed the FITV found here on page 2, post #47. and my FITV's coil spring did go down within 3 mins and its good!

any help gladly appreciated! **THUMBS UP**

isnt it unhealthy disabling it? and btw, where does the coolant line that goes to the FITV goes to then?
