would this swap be worth it?

ive got an auto 95 dx, with a Z6 head waiting to be slapped on..BUT its auto

so idk if i want to try and get a junkyard tranny and have it swapped and the put the vtec head on it or get the motor above WITH tranny and ecu already there...opinions appreciated guys otherwise im sellin it and getting a gti hahah!...jk
