1988 civic DX wont start
I have a 1988 civic hatchback DX, it cutout while driving.
Now it just turns over and does not fire at all.
I thought it was fuel, check main relay and pump all is ok.
I check distributor and coil, I have no spark at plugs that I can see.
The manual says I have an ecu, but where is it installed...?
Anyone have the same issue with non starting, if I could see the ECU I figure I could also see code.
Thanks,
Avery.

you're posting this question in the wrong part of the forum
but to answer your question its on the passenger side floor underneath the gold-colored plate
if you're not getting spark i doubt your problem lies within the ecu
getting to your ecu is not going to retrieve your code, you need to jump out the little plug to find out what it is
