f22 to f23a1 swap

f22 to f23a1 swap
im doing a weird swap from a acura cl 2.3 1998 to a 93 honda accord coupe. and i was wondering about the wiring harness and ecu what i would or should do since where as the 2.3 has vtec and its obd2 and the f22 is non vtec and obd1???
