once again I'm taking my fit across the country and I hate how I have to constantly refuel. is there a larger fuel tank available for direct bolt on? I would love to have at least 3 more gallons

 

once again i receive your straight to the point answers they add a lot of balance to the forum. but seriously i hate driving through nebraska it really sucks and they're hardly any gas stations on i-80 you sometimes need to fill up at 1/2 tank just to be sure you will not run out of gas

If it worries you that much, carry extra fuel with you in a jug.

 

damn man if you gotta fill up every 1/2 tank something is wrong with your driving i mean on highways you should at least be getting 150-180 miles per half a tank....if there is no gas stations in that amount of distance um....that sucks

 

I drove from Pennsylvania to California and back in my Fit and the only time I ever came close to running out of gas was in Utah on I-80. You'll be fine.

 

yeah when you get on the other side of the lake there is absolutely nothing in utah. When I make it through Nebraska it's usually in the middle of the night and the gas stations that are open are few and far it just makes me nervous driving through such a desolate area when I get below 1/2 tank. I hate nebraska on I-80
