I'm not familiar with Honda locks, but I got my Gorilla locks for like $20. They seem to be okay...at least, my wheels are still with me

Waste IMO. I agree above with if theives want them, they get them. I have a lock set, but don't even bother. I swap rims so much, its just a hassel.

McGards do make a non-OEM wheel lock that will fit the factory wheels. These are the ones that have beveled ends and NOT the ones that comes with washers. The bevel is so that the wheel will center itself on the lugs properly (lug-centric wheels).

However, they are not EXACTLY the same as the OEM McGards. These non-OEM locks are a little on the long side and stick out a little too much. In addition, the key on the non-OEM version comes in a 21mm size which is different than the OEM 19mm lugnut size, so you can't use the stock lug wrench with them.

The McGards OEM locks have a triple nickel-chromed finish. Compared to the non-OEM ones, they are shorter and fit semi-flush with the wheels. They also have a smoother bevel to fit nicely with the wheels. The OEM locks will also be covered under Honda's warranty. And finally the key is the same 19mm size as the stock lug nuts.

For only a little bit more, you can get the better fitting OEM wheel locks. They are definitely worth it!

GS-R wheels are very popular with thieves!!!
