Need help with my intake manifold
i have a 96 civic p2k manifold on my sohc d15b, considered to be the best oem manifold for a sohc, i have a problem with my throttle body, it makes a wisiling noise whenever i press on the gas petal, i have adjusted the air screw on it, but when ever it is all the way closed, the car wont run, is that normal? because on my other motors it was fine, no noise, let me know what yall think

search is your friend! i know the search is crappy now though but it is actually a common problem among hondas. You have some type of aftermarket cold air or ram air induction on it right?
It is not your intake manifold more than likely, it is from the filter or tube or both. Is the whistling at a certain RPM and Throttle Position or constant whistling? If so check with carb cleaner.
Spray the intake manifold gasket TB gasket maybe even around injectors to see if you got a leak at one of these spots
