What would you replace on a
91 crx dx with like 240,xxx miles? a complete list would be nice.
Also, what suspension/miscellaneous parts would you recommend for someone who wants to lower their car a few inches and have a smooth handling ride? please be descriptive on what suspension you would use.

tirods, brake rotors, pads, rear drums.bleed brake fluid.make sure axle boots arnt ripped or dry rotted.shifter bushings.inspect and replace motor mounts.neuspeed sport springs(in my experience)are great lowering springs with a good ride.upper control arms with adjustable ball joints for camber.basic tune up stuff.i buy most of my stuff on ebay.just be sure to compare.
The main relay and the igniter in the dizzy are notorious for failure in these cars. I would start there. Suspension is up to you on how much you want to spend...You can't go wrong with Tokico Illuminas and an Eibach spring kit. Good Luck.....

I wouldn't replace anything unless it's broken or worn.
Just throwing random parts at it *****-nilly is wasteful and counterproductive.
You should do a thorough inspection of the car yourself, note items that are beyond service limits, and go from there.

Maybe because you're selling them??
If you are really worried about your main relay, just re-solder it. It is so easy, any fool with a solder gun can do it. I wouldn't worry about it unless you start having cranking with no start problems.
You should more or less inspect all your seals, bushings, grommets, etc. and replace what needs it.

Excuse me "Black4thgenEF" sir, but I don't see an offer to sell anything in my post, just some solid advice from someone who has been driving, repairing, and even racing Honda cars since before you were born. Just so you know, I've deleted my main-relay-for-sale signature due to your JACKASS negative comments. Good Luck.
