hey guys i need to find out if i can swap a 1996 honda civic dx manual transmission into my 1998 honda civic lx if it will mount up properly into my car a buddy of mine says it might but i wanted to find out if it will before i buy it thank you.

i believe all d series trannys from 96-00 are interchangeable.

 

all d series trannys from 92-00 are the same
